Jaspar Foundation is the charitable arm of the Jaspar Group, a family-owned property company with over 40 years’ experience in design, construction, investment and management of residential and commercial property.
The Group is passionate about property as well as giving back to the communities we build in and the world at large.
Set up in 2009 by the founder Raj Pankhania, fulfilling his dream of giving back and making a difference, Jaspar Foundation is driven by a firm belief in our shared humanity.
The Foundation believes that the power of prosperity comes from harnessing the best from individuals from all walks of life. The Foundation has a vision to reduce hardship, improve wellbeing and enhance life opportunities, by supporting programmes across education, healthcare, elderly and disabled, homelessness and poverty and emergency relief on a national and international level.
Raj truly believes that offering the opportunity to educate will bring out the best of any individual. At the heart of Jaspar’s philosophy is improving the access to education for impoverished and underprivileged children and adults which will unlock their educational potential in the UK and globally.
Jaspar Foundation strongly believes that education inspires change, instigating the ripple effect:
Educating one child can change the prospects for a whole family.
Educating a whole family can change the prospects for a whole community
Educating a whole community can change the prospects for a whole population
Educating a whole population can change the world one generation at a time
When hunger is a barrier to education it also becomes a barrier to social mobility. A child that is not fed can become a teenager that did not learn and an adult that always stays in poverty.
We care deeply about breaking down these barriers to empower a brighter future.
Jaspar Foundation is Raj’s philanthropic vision of giving back to the local community and helping people.
With a passion to help the lonely, elderly population of the local area, Jaspar Foundation started with the development of Jaspar Centre.
